trembling, anxiety, palpitations, urinary frequency, and hyperactivity.
Guarana should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation. People with
cardiac problems or high blood pressure should also avoid the use of
guarana.
Another very popular form of Acai berry products available in the market
are the Acai berry based diet pills. While Acai berry itself is
completely free of side effects, many of these weight loss supplements
contain very little Acai and a lot of other ingredients that may harm
our body.
Cautious : When buying Acai berry products, keep in mind that the Acai
in these products will probably be in there as a minor ingredient. The
best way to make sure that you get all the health benefit of Acai berry
is to stick with "Acai only" supplement.
